Salem, Oregon – Today, the Secretary of State has given the Yes On IP13 campaign approval to circulate our petition and resume collecting signatures to get on the 2022 statewide ballot.
This approval comes after allowing time for the public to review the certified ballot title and file any appeals they may have with the Oregon Supreme Court. No appeals were filed. We now have until July of 2022 to submit the required 112,020 signatures.
We are now resuming in-person and remote signature collection. If you are registered to vote in Oregon, you can sign the petition from home by following the instructions on our website at yesonip13.org/sign.
If you do not live or vote in Oregon, you can still help us get IP13 on the ballot by signing up to volunteer or donate to the campaign online.
